Evidence of Tightening Credit requirements are found in an article in the Pittsburgh Business Time, by Patty Tascarella, which states that new rules for Small Business Administration loans have some lenders concerned that costs will increase and less money will get to entrepreneurs. The tough new rules, which take effect June 15, mean shorter time frames for working capital loans and tighter regulations on borrowing against a home, as well as higher costs for business valuation reports, environmental audits and life insurance policies.

When you will receive your payment is determined by the last two digits of your Social Security Number and whether you filed electronically.
